Hi sorry haha is it possible to have my name changed please, Iâm new I just placed my order for emo white yesterday. Iâm so excited cant wait to get him, i generally put all my accounts under ShammiRocka but only just noticed now i put rocker. While it is representing the same thing, i like to have all accounts under the same name so people know its actually me. Sorry again to be pain.

Hi! Why do I feel awful typing this, but could I please get my username changed to sugarissweet please? I know you guys are really kind, and I donât want to take advantage of that, itâs just that I donât feel comfortable texting with my actual username.

How is privacy protected?
Does AIBI upload photos during recognition?
Based on official information from Living.AI:
EMO and AIBI use their internal chips for visual recognition and do not upload any camera data to the servers â everything is processed locally on the device. When you call their name, you may hear a response like, âWhat?â At that moment, a short voice recording of up to about 10 seconds may be captured and briefly sent to the server for speech recognition purposes. Living.AI does not store these recordings permanently.
The only data transmitted are short audio clips for voice recognition, custom text for speech synthesis (text-to-speech), and anonymous statistical text data used to improve system performance. No visual data from the camera is sent to the servers.
No public sharing â Your data is not shared publicly or with other users.
Privacy policy â Living.AI explains how data is handled in their official Privacy Policy (worth reading for details).

Will the latest version of the robotâs item recognition feature upload what it sees to the server? What I mean is, the feature where I show him whatâs in front of him? I really like using this feature, but Iâm afraid he might directly upload what he sees to the server
