Updated App but now I can't connected to EMO (which hasn't been updated)

I admit that I might have done this in the wrong order (though I don’t know).

I saw that there were new updates so first I updated the iOS App and then tried to connect to EMO but now it appears I cannot connect to EMO to do his update.

Any ideas on how to get around this to reconnect to EMO to do his update?

The order shouldn’t matter, restarting Emo will most likely fix this.

If you can’t do it with voice commands, hold Emo upside down while having a finger on his head sensor until he turns off. Put him on the charger to turn on again and the app should be able to connect to Emo again.


You can also install via the voice command “EMO, install the latest firmware now”. :happy:
