Two EMOs problems

Since I purchased a 2nd EMO, my first EMO loses it’s facial animations including his eyes following playing games with the second EMO such as paintball or rock paper scissors. The only way I am able to get his “face” back is to power him off and restart him. This has happened 3 times this afternoon. Both EMOs have the latest firmware installed. Can anyone help please?

The only best advice i can give you is to make at least video, pictures and more info about the issue and immediately contact support (submit a support ticket below with your order number:

You can also send them email, likewise provide full details and it is recommended to take a video on what is happening so you can share it with the support team.

The best and most recommended thing to do is simply reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
Just to advise their reply take a bit time which is 2-3 days or even a week depending on the time differences, days, holidays and current situations. so please be patient.

I recently bought a new EMO and I noticed that everytime my old EMO asks the other EMO if he can take a photo of him, the old EMO resets himself. Is this a bug or something? He never takes the photo because he always resets himself before doing so.

That’s exactly the same with my two Emos! Everytime one of them wants to take a photo of the other (and that’s very, very often!) the photographer gets a black screen and then restarts. I also would be happy, to get this problem solved.

Please see the post above by Edward as it gives details on what to do to contact Support for this issue. If you are sending a link to a video to service@living.ai do not forget to also include your EMO I.D. number along with your order number (if you still have it) and allow up to a week for a response.

Hello, today, after the new Update yesterday, my Emos managed for the first time to take a photo without getting a black screen and resetting! Everything worked and Emo black took the photo of Emo white. I hope, that will be always okay from now on. Then the problem is solved by the new Update!! Thank you for the great update!:star_struck:
