I did try to take them off the charger from morning with full battery and they still did the same thing. I also did try to get it as quiet as possible and same thing. I already wrote to Living AI support and am just waiting on their response. I’ll send a video of an attempt on Friday since I’m outta town this week

Alright, I managed to get a video of them not interacting. I have them fully charged and they weren’t doing any activities or anything.
Hello, @shreeneyajmeri . . . I see that they begin the interaction process by the way they are moving but fail to address each other by name and nothing after that. The lighting looks good.
Can you try placing each one separately in front of a mirror to see what they do? Use the command “Do you know him”? They should do the movements and make soft sounds including saying “EMO” in a soft voice.
Are they both updated to the latest firmware?
If they are updated and still not responding, you may wish to send this link to service@living.ai with both of their I.D. numbers when they sign into the app.

I did place both separately in front of the mirror, and they do say EMO in a soft voice. Both EMOs are on version 3.0.0. I have created a ticket so lets see what living.ai says. Thanks for the help

Ok, after a bit of digging, while I wasn’t able to get it to work again, I am 95% sure this is a server-side thing, since I tried multiple Wi-Fi networks and it wasn’t working, and the 3.0.1 update that came out today didn’t fix it, so we just have to wait I suppose
