I recently received an email from Living.ai support with detailed instructions for the Treasure Hunt game. I carefully followed all the steps exactly as described multiple times, but unfortunately the issue still persists and the game does not work correctly.
Regarding the Tic Tac Toe game, my EMO has also started having significant difficulty recognizing the number 2, which makes the game even more problematic.
For your reference, I have already sent videos showing these issues, where it is clearly visible that EMO loses the signal in Treasure Hunt and does not respond correctly during the Tic Tac Toe game.
My EMO serial number is: Emo-cded92.
At this point, I believe I will stop trying for now and wait for a future update that may fix these issues. I also hope that additional features in the app, which are currently unavailable, will be introduced soon.

to hear that the support instructions didn’t resolve the Treasure Hunt issue, and that the problem is even expanding to number 2 in Tic-Tac-Toe. That is incredibly frustrating, especially after you’ve done everything right by sending videos and following their steps.
