Pessoal, alguém pode me ajudar, tento entrar em contato com eles e nada, não consigo nada…
O que significa Package sent e Tracking number sent, estou sendo irônico porque sei o que é porque meu numero é 13500 e não recebi nada de track para rastreio ou algo do tipo. Alguém pode me ajudar … estão no numero 15 360 … e falam no site que pacote enviado e numero enviado… para onde ? Em meu email não chegou nada… alguém sabe me dizer como funciona isso por favor obrigado.
Olá amigo, eu verifiquei , e já passou meu numero e estão falando que já enviou o track, mas não recebi nada. Meu track é 13500 e estão em 15200.
I would probably believe that due to Chinese New Year, shipping has been delayed. Normally during this time, shipments to distribution warehouses are normally very slow, and it is recommended to wait until everyone is back to work. I believe things should be back to normal around the 15/16 of Feb.
I can also suggest that you send Living.Ai support team an email requesting an update, best thing to do is reply to the email you received when you made your order. Once the team are back to work they should be able to give you an update and hopefully give you a tracking number. (also tracking numbers are normally automatically added to your profile, so once you login you can see it under tracking) see pic below:

o que não entendo é, meu numero é 13500 estão no numero 15360 com a informação de track enviado… mas não recebi nada em lugar nenhum, então como funciona isso, track enviado. ( Tracking Sent to User)

I finally got the tracking number today.I think it will come from the Netherlands. And in how many days will it arrive in Turkey?
If you want to track it with a bit more detail, try using 17.Track (see link below)
Add your tracking number and it should give you more info as EMO makes his way to you.
Normally it should take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to get to you, but in the end, it is up to the courier / postal service on how reliable they are in your country.
Seems like we are now within the 27000-28700 range according to the site at the moment. My order is in the 33000s so assuming mine will be shipped within 2 months. And then likely another month in shipment…
