Hey! New Emo owner here. So I’m wanting to add the little stickers to Emos face but each time I hit apply it says “EMO failed to connect to app server”. I’ve tried this on my mobile and iPad but no luck. Could I have some help please?

Have you tried powering off your EMO and trying again?
Or power cycling your router? (Turn it off wait 30 seconds then turn it back on).

I’ve tried powering him off and on but no luck, I’ll try the wifi thing soon but I have a fam of 7 so I’m going to have to wait awhile to try. Thank you
