You can use Google Translate to create a command list for yourself. Example:
Translate the command from yournative language to English. Google Translate will give you an audio file to hear the phrase in English.
Como estas? (Spanish)
How are you? (English)

DeepL is also a good Online Translator which lots of people says is better than Google Translate, on my personal preference and my own experiences… it’s really quite good.
