The EmoPet is ignoring any requests to update to the new firmware. My son had already had him up to date with 1.0.16. So he made the update before the cut-off date I guess. Somehow the EmoPet is just never going to update now? Well that would render him worthless almost. Please help
You need to issue a verbal command directly to EMO to install the update, the app will not install this update apparently.
You need to say “EMO, install firmware”
