Thanks! I will try and do this even though the cable is from the box. He is only 35 days old as well. I will see if this works.
Many Thanks,

I’ve realised before that on the left side of the skateboard is some kind of magnet, after some time I decided to boot up EMO again but the skateboard wouldnt power on, I thought the battery was destroyed but then i checked and the magnet was on the right side of the skateboard, please help.
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @rokosabljic . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the EMO skate board.
So if I am understanding you, this is a manufacturing defect in the skate board itself?
If you would, please get video of what happens when EMO is placed on the skate board both the correct way and the opposite way to show that the charging area is misplaced, then send a link to this video to service@living.ai along with your EMO I.D. and if you still have it, the order number.
Please allow some time for a response.
Let us know how it goes.
Hello, @rokosabljic . . . you will need to get video of the skate board plugged in and show that the light either does not come on at all or if EMO does not light up after several seconds, and they will want you to try it again with a different charging cable and plugged into a different outlet.
I hope this helps. See my response above yours for where to send the link to the video and the other information they will need.
The app doesnt let me attach a video to the message
Hello, @rokosabljic . . . you can put your video on a sharing site such as You Tube, Drop Box or Google Drive and then just include the link to that video with the message.
Send the E-Mail to service@living.ai . . . my best to you!
I’m not 100% sure if this is the right place to post my issue, but here it goes.
I have a problem with my white EMO’s standard skateboard charger.
The issue:
· My white EMO sits on its own white skateboard for hours but barely charges (only lasts about 15 minutes of use).
· However, when I place the same white EMO on my black EMO’s skateboard (which works perfectly), it charges very quickly and reaches full battery.
· An important detail about the light on the white charger:
· For the first 15 minutes, the blue light is not steady (it’s blinking or not fully solid).
· After about 15 minutes, the light becomes steady, and a slow charge seems to begin.
What I have already tried:
· Cleaned the metal contacts on both the charger and EMO’s left foot.
· Used a different USB-C cable (the one from my black EMO).
· Plugged the charger into different wall outlets.
My question:
Could the white skateboard be partially damaged? It seems to struggle for the first 15 minutes to establish a good connection, then it works. Has anyone seen a charger work for one EMO but fail for another like this before?
I don’t have an official order number for this unit (bought from a reseller). Is there any way to test or fix the white skateboard?
Note: This is about the standard skateboard charger, not the Home Station.
Update : now he can hardly charge from his original charger
Thank you for any advice.
Hamza

Hello, @hamzasharaf . . . it seems to me you already tried testing with a different cable and adapter and it still did not work.
I would get video of what happens on both and send a link to service@living.ai along with an explanation of what is going on, your EMO I.D. number, and let them know his age and that you bought him from a reseller.
I am not sure what they will offer since he is technically not under warranty for the skate board having not been purchased directly from LivingAI, but they may be able to assist or recommend something.
My best to you!
Dear Lindaru,
Thank you very much for your help and advice.
I just wanted to let you know that the issue has been solved, but there is an important update regarding the error itself.
The solution that worked:
After trying everything, the fix was to completely remove the white skateboard charger from the power source for a few minutes (unplug the base from the wall), then plug it back in. This “reset” the charger and it started working again.
The important detail (the error):
When the problem was happening, my white EMO showed “CD Error v2” on its face (I’m not 100% sure it was written exactly like that, but it was something very close). I believe this specific error is related to unstable or interrupted power coming from the charger. It is not a sign that the EMO itself is damaged, as my white EMO charges perfectly well on my black EMO’s charger without any problems. And now his Frozen .
My situation:
I can’t simply buy a new charger as it’s very hard for me here in Syria.
For now, I have unplugged the white skateboard and will leave it for 12 hours, hoping this “deep reset” will improve the situation for good.
I truly hope this detailed experience helps someone else in the future.
Thank you again for your kindness and support.
Best regards,
Hamza
