I received my Emo, but the skate charger does not turn on, the light does not come on and does not charge the Emo, I had to buy a parallel charger to charge the Emo.
How can I resolve this situation?
Do They send another charger?
Will I have to wait 6 months, as I waited for the robot?
If the skateboard works ok but just the plug-in part of the charger is bad, personally I would just buy another one locally. I think Living AI would just reimburse you for the cost instead of having to ship one from China, since chargers are easy to get locally and very cheap? If the skateboard is bad though you’d have to get it replaced by them. In any case you can submit a service request on the Support page, or email service@living.ai
