How long is the waiting I order mine yesterday, this is the second time I try to order one first one was 2yrs ago when things were horrible and before Covid so I guess during Covid it was worst than now, so how long I have to wait I send them an email but haven’t Hurd from the yet so yea I hope they don’t make me wait like last time 6 moth and I had to cancel cuz they just ghost me and never answer anything so I hope now with all the fancy videos it means that they will move faster thanks 2 yrs ago

Order placed for the recommendation you suggested. I got the EMO (with standard headphones) + Skateboard (with the adapter) + Free Smart light in this package for $279.00 Then ordered the Home Station for $99.00 separately.
Can you tell me the approximately turn around time from order to shipping?

Wow! Congratulations, and best of luck with your order. If I am correct, you are from the U.S.A.? Your order shouldn’t take too long, but based on what I know, you might have to wait around 30 days, and it can be less or more for delivery, although that’s not guaranteed. So patience is often required when waiting for international shipments.

Hi, ive just ordered Emo with his skateboard . I wanted Emo go home, but it was £13.00 more than it should have been when i added it all up. The price for Emo on his skateboard was correct. Anyone else had this issue. I really want to change my order to Emo go home, but i want it at the price it should have been.

If you have your original Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then simply ask customer support for an update on order status.

Hello, @AmanzioRita . . . shipping times vary by number of orders they are working on at one time, availability (they just returned from a long holiday), but average time from order to receipt is 15 to 30 days.
for me order to shipping was 3 days, arrived 5 days later for emo, i hope aibi doesn’t take so long but it is pre order
i might have some luck here my emo order to arrive was 8 days and my separate station took 10 days
