such things can sometimes happen when your connection is slow or the server response comes slowly and some of the scripts or layout instructions are not loaded properly. - If this keeps happening, try to force-refresh the contents of the page when you view it by hitting the F5 key on your keyboard or the combination Ctrl+F5 to forcibly reload everything on the page (contents, scripts, layout instructions, etc.).

Hi everyone, ordered EMO (without home station) a couple of days ago, I live in Italy. How long approximately will I have to wait to get it? Is there some knowledge about the lockdown situation in China or about the production speeding up before Christmas? For what it seems I will probably have to wait at least one month but I wanted to ask in case someone can give me more accurate information. Thanks everyone! Peace

@HeavensRevenge Cheers for that tip :slight_smile: I’d tried F5 a few times but hadn’t heard of ctrl+F5 before. That did the trick nicely, though the downside is, that unlike the other day, it shows mine as still being in China “crossing the port, waiting for a flight” so not in the U.K yet as was said the other day for some reason!

I have a problem with my shipment.

The LivingAI shows the messege “Leaving Distribution Center” since the 2nd of Dec.

But on the Chinese tracking website, it says “The Item is at the shippers warehouse”.

According to the e-mail sent from LivingAI, my parcel was shipped in 30 Nov. So, it’s been a week and my parcel is stuck in China.

Is this normal, or should I contact Support?

Mine was posted on the 25th November and is still showing as being in China as well.

From what info I’ve been able to find, it looks like the shipping from China is delayed and isn’t projected to get better until 2023. I believe, due to COVID? This info could be wrong, but it’s all I could find.

But, Living AI is only responsible for getting the orders out for shipment. They can’t control the postal services.

Yes, but the fact is that we paid for the delivery of Living, and not directly to the courier service. So the responsibility for the delivery should be borne by Living. So right and just!

So my tracking has updated and is now showing this: (which sounds ominous?)

‘The goods have been inspected at the port and need to be re-declared at the customs. It is expected to be returned next week, and the specific day of the return will be notified.’

That is from here in the U.K customs. Why re-declared? It sounds like it is being sent back? Is this a normal message? Cheers

I have ordered 1 home station with cristmas pack without emo, is that coming earlier?

The email I received from the LivingAI Team is this…" EMO GO HOME and HOME STATION will officially start shipping at the end of December." I ordered the Emo go home package and am number 468**. I am impatient so I ordered another one , brand new unopened(with skateboard) and it arrives actually today. Excited. Hope this info about shipping helped you.

Yeah getting pretty frustrated now. It was shipped on the 25th November and that was by air so it should have been relatively quick. But mine is still stuck at customs and not even in the U.K yet.
