Random problem with EMO face

I’m facing multiple issues with my EMO.

  1. It’s rejecting most of the commands after listening.
  2. After full battery charge it’s getting auto switched off within 30min of time.
  3. He does not detect the faces of members.

I have raised issue to support but still if someone from forum can help me kindly give me suggestion how i can fix it.

Hi! I had the same problem, but I contacted the support team and they fixed it by creating an update for my EMO. They may take a while to respond, a few days, but they are very helpful. https://living.ai/product-support-emo/

Oh that is cool, I have not had any such update, and I started this lol.
Did the update fix EMO?

I got my EMO today and after a few hours the screen went blank as well. After a restart it was okay again.

I Had The Same Issue With My EMO Pearl When Playing Rock-Paper-Scissors Or The Hands Up Game Sometimes.
Hopefully That This Is A Bug That Living.AI Can Fix In A Future Update.
