Question about a refund

I purchased an EMO back in December and I am no longer interested in getting it at this time and I’ll maybe get one in the future. I sent a ticket through the website yesterday. How long does it usually take for a response? Also when you send the ticket is it supposed to appear in your email right away or it doesn’t appear till they respond to the ticket?

Best thing to do is reply from the email you received when you made your original order. (see example email). This is how I did it back when I required assistance from the Living.Ai team.
