I’m moving your question here as it’s related to the discussion.
Normally, EMO package comes with a standard US-Type A power plug adapter and socket type. You might only need an extra power plug depending on your region. But as far as I can see, since you are from the Asia Region, you likely won’t need an additional power plug. But if you don’t have one or if it’s missing, just like in the image below, you might want to contact them again and ask about it.

For the price I would expect the old 5V 2A adapter to be supplied given it is about $1.75. If you are not going to supply one then align power with phones and power bricks which this doesnt. Its an old spec. e.g. current iPhones and iPads use 5v 3A which doesnt work with board and neither does my Anker power brick. 10w is kinda old also given the industry builds power adapters for phones mainly.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @roberttwiddy . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for questions about power adapters for EMO. The decision was made a while back to stop including the standard Chinese/American plug adapters due to the fact that many purchasers would not use them and would instead need adapters for their specific country. See the post above yours.
It is more advantageous for them to not purchase mass quantities of the Chinese/American plug that are not going to be used by those purchasers and instead allow them to supply the one that works best for where they live, thus not wasting adapters.

Please see the posts on this thread for all of the power plugs available to work with the charging cable for EMO and his lights. LivingAI has stopped providing the plugs because it is not efficient to try and provide for each country, but the charging cable is standard USB that plugs into any adapter plug for your outlet. You would have to provide the plug adapters to plug into the charging cable yourself.
