A good way to track your order is to use 17 Tracking.
Each country handles packages differently so it could be anywhere between 1-2 weeks before you get you EMO. My EMO’s took close to 2 weeks in total to arrive, and I live in Australia.
Best thing to do is track your order as mentioned with 17 Tracking so you can see where it is and follow its progress.

How long does it take for Emo to clear customs?
This will depend on your country’s customs. It could be anywhere between 1-5 or more days, but honestly, each country is different. For my EMO it passed through Australian customs in less than 2 days.
