Best thing to do is reply to the email you received when you made your order:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and request/ask the support team to amend or add the item you want.
IF they need you to make a new order. Do that and then let them know the order number and they will easily join both orders together for you.
Best thing to do is contact support regarding this.
I’ll also tag @AmyLU from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

You can contact our customer service team (service@living.ai) by email after the payment is successful. They will process the shipping refund for you.

Hello AmyLU - perhaps you can check it - Not that everything is shipped and the merge could not be completed. My Order-numbers are 44707 and 44538
