With the newest APP, The EMO ID has gone from 4 digits to 6 digits in the Firmware section of the settings. When connecting the APP to EMO there is only 4 digits. Which number is the correct number for referencing EMO/Home Station when contacting support. Also, is the ID number case sensitive, it showes up both ways in the APP?

Actually, it doesn’t really matter if you send to living.ai support the full 6-digit EMO-ID Number shown on the new “Information Page.” The most important part is the last 4 Digits, because those are the same EMO-ID Numbers that appear on the main page of the EMO Pet app when EMO is detected and available to be connected.
