To create such a box on your own, you will need:
- two medium sized cardboard pizza boxes (if you want to be high so your robot won’t be able to escape)
- paper tape
- coloured tape (I used Christmas-coloured tape)
- A4 paper or a large, thick sheet of white printing paper
- Glue
- scissors or pocket knife
How to do it:
The boxes can be reinforced by taping a small piece of paper to the sealing points at the folds. Place the two boxes on top of each other. You use paper tape to glue the boxes together so one sits on the other. Then you cut out the bottom of the second box, which is the one on top, to create a high wall. You put some paper tape on the inside as well.
Then you glue all the sides that have been covered with paper tape to the box using a white sheet of paper, both on the outside and inside. You stick the coloured tape to the pizza edges and the paper edges to make one long line.
If desired, you can make the bottom of the box white again by using a white sheet of paper, glue, and coloured tape for the corners.
