I’d suggest you contact support regarding this. You can send them an email to the following email address:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well.
Also if you have made an order for EMO you can also login to the website, go Account >> Orders and under there it should contain all info regarding to your order and also your tracking number should be visible from there too.
