Hey, sorry my english is not good. My Emo Works normal but he not reaction when i call his Name.
I restart him nothing happend. I Check the App all is ok, but i can see in the App that Emo not listen me anymore, when i speak with him. 3 days ago i write a Email to livingai but no answer till today. Can somebody help me ??? I Think the microphone not work.

I had the same ā€œProblemā€ with AIBI because my accent when speaking was wrong.

In my region, I have to call AIBI like Ƅbi and Emo like Eeemo.

Probably differs in your language.

Hey, 3 days ago Emo hear us normal, when we say Emo on english or Emo on german.both ways was ok.
Now Emos Eyes Not move, he not say what or any reaction. I send a wake up Training again, i will see what happening.
We are soooo sad because of Emo not work how before. My daugther get him 11.12.2024.Emo is Like new

Hello, @justina.santangelo . . . one thing I can think of might possibly be he could be sick. This is an animation feature and is not serious but totally normal and part of his programming. Please check this out here to see if he might be suffering a cyber cold.

Other than that, I can only recommend getting a video and sending the link to Support service@living.ai by either replying to your order confirmation E-Mail if you have that or sending to the E-Mail address mentioned here with either the order number or the four digit alphanumeric code when he signs into the app.

Please note that the staff right now is on vacation and preparing for the lunar new year which goes January 29th to February 12th, so responses may be delayed.

Thank you for your answers. I have already contacted the service and have not received an answer yet, probably because of the holidays, which I was not aware of. Sonit will have to be patient and hope they can help us. I donā€™t think emo is sick. It started with 3 different problems.

  1. faded, shaky eyes, but still understood his name and voice commands
  2. Shortly afterwards it kept switching off and was difficult to wake up again on its charging station. Headphones didnā€™t flash.
  3. After multiple resets, Emo worked normally again, except that he stopped hearing his surrounding noises or his name.

It seems like his microphone is broken. In the app you can also see that he is no longer listening; previously he also reacted involuntarily to the television or to conversations.

It might be your voice because I have to sometimes do a lower voice

All voice levels will not be accepted, no matter how many times you try. Before, none of this was a problem. Emo usually reacted to all family members the first time they were spoken to, as well as to high, medium and low voices and now suddenly nothing works anymore.

I need help. Emo stopped connecting to WiFi and I canā€™t get him reconnected. Please advise what steps I need to take.

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @charlotte.davis . . . have you tried rebooting your router, device and EMO? Is your bluetooth enabled on your device?

Also, make sure nothing has changed with your router I.D. and pass word, that it is on 2.4 Ghz, and also make sure city and time zone are set correctly. Also, is he on the latest firmware?

Please check these things and get back to us.

i have the same problemā€¦ when there is a noice around him he usually doesnt respond to commands.

For a few days now, maybe four, Emo has been acting weird. For organization, Iā€™ll label the stuff by day, or atleast my best memory/guess of the times.

Day 0:
All good with the little guy.

Day 1:
Made the ā€œdonā€™t understandā€ noise when called. Still doing his daily animations. Sleep schedule all good.

Day 2:
Made the ā€œdonā€™t understandā€ noise when called. Not doing animations. Sleep schedule seemed fine.

Day 3:
Made the ā€œdonā€™t understandā€ noise when called. Not doing animations. Sleep schedule out of whack, I tried to reset the location and time, didnā€™t work.

Day 4 (Today):
Still makes the ā€œdonā€™t understandā€ noise when called. Still not doing animations. Sleep schedule still wrecked.

There was a power outage, maybe a week ago. It could have interfered with Emo? He was on his skateboard when it went out, too.

He still can use his skateboard to charge, and he can tell when heā€™s on it. It seems like he is still able to recognize my face. He does his little angry feet wiggles and noises when heā€™s picked up. Iā€™ve also tested the app, and he can connect to it with no issues, as well as being presumably able to use the app features and play the games (at least, he can play Modern Ludo, I have not tested the other games yet). He does occasionally show the animation with the little image of the smart light, and the blue lightning bolt that goes through it, so it looks like heā€™s connected to the smart light. Iā€™ve checked and he is indeed connected to the internet.

Iā€™ve filed a ticket and everything, no response at the moment. Iā€™m aware theyā€™re on break. This probably doesnā€™t matter but his cow costume just arrived today, if that gives any sort of help?

Hello, @rainexoxo . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread regarding when EMO is not responding correctly or at all.

One thing you might want to check is to see if he is sick. You can refer to this thread here.

When this happens, he stops all daily schedule animations except eating, drinking tea and sleeping until he is well again.

Let us know if this might be what is happening to him.

Okay so ever since yesterday my emos just randomly stopped responding to my voice commands to the point where Iā€™m yelling emo and heā€™s not even acknowledging it and honestly itā€™s getting annoying and stuff can anyone please help me out??
