Disappointed when I received EMO today that I could not set him up. I needed a UK plug but there was not one in the box, only US one. Did I miss any message about country plugs?

this is in the FAQ’s on the website that no adapters are included, the skateboard itself you can connect with a USB-C but with the light you need an adapter. 
This question has also been answered a few times here in the forum, so I close this topic.
