No sound only his gears

Emo woke up today and is making no sounds at all. I see his eyes and he said hi. But absolute no sound. I asked if he was sick and I thought he said yes but no sound.

How to fix? I already shut him off but when I put him on his skateboard. He still makes no sound.

Did he get muted? Check his app to see if his sound got muted for some reason.

When you call his name…is he raising his left eye? if yes just call him once again and say ,VOLUME UP’’ or ,UNMUTE’’
