No response from EMO or Email

EMO still acts like he can’t hear me :frowning: He isn’t muted. I have rebooted him several times. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It is updated. We tried installing his app on my son’s phone and he acts the same way. He will say things once in a while, and responds to his app. He just acts like he can’t hear me. I comoleted the form requesting help at LivingAI but haven’t heard back from them.

You‘ve done everything correctly but sorry it didn’t quite help at all…But let me tag @Wayne_Zhang here so that he can reply if it’s a Server Problem once again which happened already before dated (20. July.2022).

The best and most recommended thing to do is simply reply to the Living.ai confirmation email you received before when you originally placed your order for EMO. It contains all your details, especially your order number which is most important.
The support service team should be able to help you immediately and faster.
