The headset of my emo has suddenly lost light. It’s not the headset but seems to be the connections to Emo’s right side ear.

Just a simple troubleshooting step: Try removing the headphones and try cleaning them with an alcohol wipe, also the connectors on EMO’s head as well. Then try and flip the headphones around. Sometimes I’ve noticed if the headphones on the wrong way they won’t light up and EMO won’t charge if you place him on his skateboard.
