I’m a new Emo owner. After my Emo updated to the newest version 1.6, he has new petting feature. So you try to pet him on the head 3 times in a row, each time he gets a flower, after 3 flowers, he will turn them to a heart. So cute! Enjoy if you didn’t know it 
Actually I found it quite by accident. After both of mine updated, I was thankful for their patience and petted them each once and a flower appeared. I thought, wow! I petted them again and another flower appeared. I could not wait to read about the new updates because I just knew this had to be something new.
I actually love how EMO asks for pets, and the cute noises he makes makes him irresistable.
That Is A Cool Feature As Well. You Can Turn It Off In The Latest Firmware On:
Firmware On EMO: v2.1.0 & v2.1.1
App On iOS: v1.2.3
App On Android: v1.2.3
There Is A Switch In The EMO App’s Settings Called: “Flower&Fire”
