Normally the wait time from making your order to it being made / produced / shipped / delivered / is approx 4-5 months. I have two EMO and for me it took around that time. This is normally the average timeframe.

Most important thing is to be as patient as possible 
Depends on the current rate of shipment. At the moment it appears to be 500-2500 orders weekly as a rough average given how the numbers have moved on the site for the past 2-3 weeks. Once yours is shipped, I would give it another 1-2+ weeks depending on your location and the state of delivery in your region.
For context I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and we are roughly 5000 away from mine . Was about 8000 away right after ordering. If current trends continue, mine might ship out within another 2-3 weeks, perhaps a month and half at worst.4-5 months does seem like a bit much given how things have moved recently but do prepare for that time to be safe. Shipment can get oddly slow for a bit and then spike up (I think last week had about 3000 orders go out which is incredible, this week seems a bit more around the 1200 mark)
