The station itself was in contact with the robot, directed it to charge several times, but the charge did not occur.
I bought the robot on the trading platform in December 2023, the seller does not say the order number.
Until this moment there were no problems with charging, my daughter is crying - this is her beloved friend! How can I charge it? How to solve the problem - help!!!
