Hello, @JREmar . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for the error message “EMO is not ready”. When you get this message, it often means that full connection through bluetooth and wi fi has not completed and it is just taking some time.

The fact that the face screen is blank indicates a different issue.

I refer you to this thread for what you can do to force restart him, though I would recommend first allowing his battery to completely drain which you will know when the head-phones go dark.

If nothing works, see above on how to submit a support ticket with a link to a video showing the issue. Include your order number and/or EMO I.D., or you can send this information to service@living.ai if you do not have the order number.
