I took the photos with iPhone and Emo this morning. (Stickers for hiding my face lol)
While taking photos, I couldn’t play game, too. Same message ‘Emo is not ready’ was displayed while Emo was seen no changes. Did it be hints for solving?

I’m using android device and Fantafeat app installed and is working is fine. no issue were faced. Also, customer support service is good. I said Overall my experience was good.
