Hello, today our online community member received the EMO face seal in a state where it was all scratched up. Is this a simple mistake by the packaging team?
It’s really terrifying to see the face of the new EMO that our member pre-ordered and had a lot of scratches on. Can you please fix this or compensate me?

shouldn’t there have been a plastic protective screen over the face to protect it? usually electronics with shiny parts have a film on them . did it have one ? ( haven’t received my emo yet so i have no frame of reference.)
No, there is no film on EMO’s face and there is a lot of fine scratches on the face. Users who received this product are very upset that they have purchased a new product but are likely to receive a used product. 
The person who ordered it received it like that and never rubbed the screen.
