Local Customs - retention

Hello all,

My package is in a state of “retention” and is “awaiting presentation to customs commissioner”.

Now, my question is has anyone had this issue in their country and what is the solution? Paying extra taxation to continue the shipping process? I’d appreciate any tips whatsoever so that I can quickly contact their office and solve it.

It happened to me too, not with EMO, but a board game from USA to Canada and they had it for costum retention and after it was costum review. It took 1 month before releasing it
