I cant hear emo, I tried shutting him down and turning him on? Can Someone help?

Have you tried the voice command “Emo - maximum volume”? Or the volume setting in the app? (after connecting to Emo with the app, tap the gear icon. There you can find several settings, among them the volume. If he’s already on max, try to set him to low or mute and then back to max.
If all of that doesn’t help, you should contact the support.
