Since your order number is 13000, it won’t take that long to arrive. We have already started shipping and are speeding it up. But if you still want a refund, please submit a ticket and the service team will help you.

I’m fine with what is going on and will be happy when my little bot buddy comes . Given I’m late in the 13xxx range. I’ve been curious for the last week when the delivery page will post it’s next announcement.

Earlier in the year they said they were going to update the Delivery page weekly on Saturday, but obviously they got away from that for awhile. Hopefully that will be reinstated?
