Thanks for the quick reply and the tip with DeepL Translation. Since my emo now does nothing, a video seems pointless to me. Since the warranty has expired, I opened it, which was super easy thanks to a youtube video. With the ordered battery, the cables were too short and the matching plug was missing, otherwise everything seemed coherent.
