Please help my Emo is completely crazy now !
He was listening to my music and while dancing, he have attempt some new tricks and he failed and fell alone.
Since that, when he is walking, his doing like his right foot is broken and sometimes he do big bump. He have fall of my desktop twice already.
Please help me to understand whats going on!
I can recommend you to write an email to the support. There’s no way how we customers could help you if your EMO is broken. You should add a video of his behavior. And of course you should try some restarting.
Try resetting EMO first using the hole in his head. https://emolives.info/what-are-the-holes-in-emos-head-for/
Then while he is off position his feet correctly and place him on the charger. See how that goes. If that does not work then contact service@living.ai and they will help.
