It is disappointing to see Wayne_Zhang has time to post an announcement about eye colour change but has no freaking time to reply to private messages that are many days old about orders

You can look at it like that for sure, or you could understand that he posted that message whilst he was on vacation to address a feature that was not yet released and was being removed for now.
I suspect he will get back to you next week when he officially returns to work.
I really hope so. As an Asian, I do understand the Lunar New year holiday that goes on in China, but the message was sent prior to the festive season.
