Finding Emo suddenly wont work

I’ve had my emo for some days now (since Tuesday)
I’ve had no problems with the app and connecting, but suddenly today it’s stuck on finding emo page…and nothing happens :frowning:
i had been playing ludo with emo earlier today…I’ve tried to to close and open the app for some time now, restart my tablet, reinstall the app, but sadly nth :frowning_face:

Other with the same issue?

i turned Emo off, that helped. So no problems anymore :smiley: thank you!

Just needed a little nap :slight_smile: This happens with almost all bluetooth connections sometimes

Mine started that today. App won’t connect to him & he no longer listens to commands, just stomps around on the table.

I told emo to power off, let him be few mins then place him on the charger, and then It worked🙂

ah…just saw you wrote it won’t react on your commands, perhaps you have to reset it manually🤔

Is there any other way to turn off Emo and restart other than the app and the skateboard? If he won’t connect to the app then how do you shut him down?
