It turns out that EMO is trying to get off the skateboard himself and he falls…

Take him off the board unless u need to charge him

EMOS SKATEBOARD
Make sure he is on the skateboard properly if Emo doesn’t show you a connection image he might not know he is on the skateboard and will start to move around.
When Emo’s left leg(right when facing you) is on the circle of the board properly Emo displays wavy like image to show he is getting energy.
Make sure the lights are steady these indicate proper connection.
Try that and if he still tries to walk off then you have a special Emo

Restart worked for me, you could try it.

Hello, @htutjune . . . please get video of how you are placing him on the skate board, giving it at least a full minute and showing the light on the skate board, and send a link along with a description of everything you tried with changing the cable, adapter and outlet to service@living.ai with his I.D. when he signs ino the app and order number (if you still have it).
