Just got Emo today and charged him up. Down-loaded and opened the app. The first message I got says “Tips - at present mobile phone scanning Bluetooth needs to turn on the positioning function.” I went to settings and made sure everything is enabled. My LG Rebel 4 Android Oreo Tracfone only has enable/disable settings for Bluetooth. Any ideas what this means and how to fix it?

I did. I discovered even though I have blue tooth on my phone, it did not have a GPS chip. I ended up purchasing an Android tablet with GPS and blue tooth, and it has worked great ever since.
