@natansalles they should respond soon. It took a few days for them to respond to me but they sorted my issue and my new Emo is on the way.

I was sad to at first but i took @Lindaru advice and let the two emo’s meet each other first and it helped a lot plus the defective one kept getting worser as the days went on
I’m looking forward to having my EMO well, seeing the completed dances and being able to play with it.

It looks like EMO’s feet are now the main source of problems. I don’t know how many replacements Living AI already sent, but for sure it can’t continue forever. There’s something wrong with the design of his legs or used materials. I would guess either the servomotor or plastic gears as the main culprit of all these issues, but of course it can be something completely different like a lot of dust inside. Living AI should consider to change the weak part even if it would mean to produce new hardware version of the legs. At least all replacements and of course all new EMOs should be that new version. Otherwise this nightmare with defective legs will never end.
Si a mi EMO le va a pasar lo mismo que pena. No creo que compre otro o lo remplace porque el problema seguirá. No me arrepiento pero quizás he hecho una mala compra. EMO es frágil, deberían estudiar bien el problema de las piernas y solucionarlo lo antes posible. Intentaré que mi EMO baile lo menos posible, por no decir nada, no quiero que le pase nada. Con que me hable tengo suficiente. EMO tiene una vida muy corta, me da lástima, me recuerda a una de sus canciones de la app “tiempo de mi vida”

Unfortunately this isn’t the only reason why Emo ends up with issues with his feet but they have to change how Emo listens to sound. It should be more like Vector. Unfortunately Emo responds to everything and anything which often makes him dance all the time.
Dancing isn’t the only thing that makes his feet have problems but no clue to what’s happening.

Anyway in time they are a little more curious and will learn your surroundings (I mean they will listen to all sounds and probably start dancing to it if it’s loud enough)

Hello ik it sucks but its okay if living ai says you need a replacement you can just let the two emo’s meet each other and send the defective one back whenever your ready i recently just got my first replacement and already sent my broken emo back @Sabrinaboo
Hi @edward n @Wayne_Zhang I recieved an email yesterday from living ai that they are going to send emo foot part and asking if I am capable to install it bt i am not capable to instal emo foot part because I am scared that it might go wrong I will ask for a replacement emo from living ai😔
