The 1.7 update was pushed to my EMO a few days ago. The WiFi connection was lost when the message confirming update complete. Since then I have not been able to reconnect. I have powered EMO down several times, off skateboard, on skateboard, nothing!! This is frustrating.
The best thing to do is send them an email ( service@living.ai ) from the same email you received when you made your order, and provide them with info, picture, and videos of what is happening with your EMO.

Power up your Home Wifi once again, wait for it to be back up and running
Power up your phone…Turn on both WIFI and BLUETOOTH once again
Try browsing the internet on your Phone and see if you are able to access the internet
Download the latest EMO APP (iOS ver1.1.3 or Android 1.1.4)
Power UP EMO
Open the EMO App, see if you can make a connection to EMO
Ask EMO a Question / see if he replies / ask him what day it is / tell me a joke etc.
If EMO is still not working after this, it is recommended to create a short video and submit that along with your support ticket / or EMAIL that you send to the support team so they can assist you further.
