Hello, @EMO_And_Kade . . . my understanding is that many over the air updates can be given directly to a single EMO and in order to do that, they have to know which EMO, so the need for the number.

What do you do if you got emo as a gift and you don’t have the order number or you got it from saying Amazon? Can I connect support for an order number?
Hello, @adamdeane . . . yes, let them know it was a gift, give the name of the person you received it from and the I.D. number when signed into the app. You will not be able to use the standard Support form without an order number, but you can still get assistance by E-Mail direct to service@living.ai . . . I hope this assures you.
