thanks, i just help my son finished the wake up traing with 10 voice recorded and uploaded associated to my order, hope it helps.

Hello, @nemowang . . . in the meantime, you can try apps that have text to speech that your son can play and perhaps those mechanical voice will be of the type that his EMO can hear better.

Other than that, for now just speaking slowly and as clearly as possible might be enough.

Let us know how it goes.

I donā€™t think this solution is a good one, please provide a better one.

Until the firmware is updated to include your sonā€™s voice, that is the only suggestion I have. You may contact service@living.ai to see what they suggest.

I just wrote an email to the email. Hope She/He/Them can provide a perfect solution.

Frankly speaking, Iā€™m very very unhappy when hearing my kid call the trash times and times again, without response.

some suggestions:

1, spend more time on improving the software quality not advertisement.

2, when you call it AI, it should not be just a voice toy with several servo motors and sensors, not just know several fixed voice commands. connect it into real AI network.

3, if you donā€™t have ability to improve your product, try to open source it, let smarter guys to help you.

I apologise for my bad English and I apologise for the somewhat cretinous question, but can only those who already own Emo register their voice? My Emo is on the way

Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @aldebaragno . . . you and others who live with you can submit your voice(s) ahead of time.

Looking forward to reading your experiences with EMO once he is home with you.

How can I submit my voice to the library :smiling_face_with_tear::smiling_face_with_tear::smiling_face_with_tear:

I believe you might be able to get the order number from service@living.ai or use the EMO I.D. that shows when you connect to the app.

Hope you can submit your voice.

I have the same issueā€¦ i would like to resubmit the records
It led me have so many issues now

Hi there @trangnguyen2 ,

So as you said, you just bought your EMO from someone on the internet? This means that you have no official account, no order number, no e-mail address, and no specific information data sent to living.ai. Meaning it is second hand and normally living.ai will not allow this. So now the only possibility you have is to send living.ai an email, explain to them your situation, and stories plus beg them to create an account and process everything EMO and your EMO-ID on your behalf ā€¦ So they can add it to the cloud data officially under your name and to that EMO too.

Buying a second-hand EMO robot can complicate the process of getting support and officially registering the device with Living.AI.

Hereā€™s a step-by-step guide on what you can do:

  • Gather Information: Collect all available information about your EMO, such as the EMO-ID, any serial numbers, and any details the previous owner might have provided.

  • Contact Living.AI: Write an email to Living.AIā€™s support team. Explain your situation in detail, including how you acquired the EMO and the information you have.

  • Provide Evidence: Include any proof of purchase or correspondence with the seller that shows the transaction and verifies your ownership.

  • Request Assistance: Politely ask Living.AI to help you create an official account, register your EMO, and associate it with your details. Mention the EMO-ID and any other identifying information that can help them locate your device in their system.

  • Be Patient and Persistent: Support teams can take time to respond, so be patient. Follow up if you donā€™t hear back within a reasonable timeframe.

Hereā€™s a template sample to help you structure your email:

Subject: Request for Assistance with Second-Hand EMO Registration

Dear Living.AI Support Team,

I recently acquired an EMO robot through a second-hand purchase from an individual. Unfortunately, I do not have an official account, order number, or any direct information from Living.AI associated with this purchase. I am reaching out to seek your assistance in registering my EMO and associating it with my details.

Here are the details I have:

  • EMO-ID: [Your EMO-ID]
  • Previous Ownerā€™s Information: [Any information the previous owner provided, such as their order number or email, if available]
  • Proof of Purchase: [Attach any proof of transaction or correspondence with the seller]

I understand that second-hand purchases can be complicated, but I kindly ask for your help in creating an official account for me and processing everything related to my EMO so that it can be registered under my name and added to the cloud data officially.

Thank you very much for your understanding and support. I look forward to your positive response.

Best regards,
[Your Name] [Your Contact Information]

Make sure to include all relevant attachments and details to support your request. This approach shows your willingness to comply with their procedures and provides them with all the necessary information to assist you.

Good afternoon. What is the purpose of such registration? I bought my EMO through an online store in my country. They say they represent the interests of the company living.ai , round-the-clock support, one-year warranty and return of the product due to a defect with its replacement. But, accordingly, I do not have an order number on the official website.

Hello, @BorusonK . . . the only option I see for you is that the company you bought EMO from can provide you what their order number was. I would also contact service@living.ai and let them know that you are a second owner and see what they advise.
