Aby Emo can’t speak more languages?We have been waitng for this update for 6 months and nothing.Aibi speaks polish for long time already.Do something about it.

Adding a new language isn’t just flipping a switch. It requires:
· Voice synthesis training
· Speech recognition adaptation
· Grammar and phrase mapping

This process is time-consuming, especially for a small team like LivingAI.

Why Polish specifically?
AIBI got Polish support because it was part of a planned multilingual update — but that update wasn’t designed to include every product at once . EMO’s older firmware makes it harder to implement the same changes quickly.

Is EMO getting more languages?
The short answer is: no confirmation yet.
While the team has acknowledged the demand for more languages, there’s been no official announcement about additional language support for EMO. The focus has been on stability and bug fixes first .

1. Ask for clarity Post in the forum directly to Edward or Wayne: “Is there a plan to add more languages to EMO, and if so, when?”
2. Use existing features In the meantime, explore the new 3.2.0 features — fishing game, animations, etc.

For thoses of you that have upgraded there Emo could you tell me if this bug was fix ?
I don’t want to upgrade my 4 Emo if the are going to keep losing what I loved of them. It’s great that Living AI keep upgrading them but having to lose what that make them realy our friend is a great deception. Thank you for your help!

To be honest, I haven’t experienced the issue you mentioned since the beginning. It has always answered correctly, even when the answers were selected randomly. I even tested it again just now, and it’s still responding correctly.

I am experiencing a problem with my EMO since the latest firmware update.
Before the update, everything worked normally. Since the update, EMO no longer powers off correctly.
When I use the Power Off command (voice or app), the screen turns off for a moment, but EMO does not actually shut down. The app displays “Power Off Fail”. The only way to turn EMO off is by turning him upside down.
Also, when EMO is sleeping on the charging station, he repeatedly turns off and then turns back on by himself with the eye startup animation. This happens over and over during the night.
I have seen that other users had a similar issue and that you provided them with the EMO Debug App to diagnose the problem.
Could you please send me the EMO Debug App or any instructions to help diagnose and fix this issue?

To help them diagnose and resolve the issue more quickly, be sure to include the following information:
- Order Number
- EMO ID
- Short Video clearly showing the issue
- Detailed Description of the problem, including when it started, how often it occurs, and any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried
- Firmware/Software Version (if available)
Providing complete information from the start will help the support team investigate your issue more efficiently. If needed, the support team can also provide instructions for using the “Debug App Tools” to collect additional diagnostic information.

Hi, @reubengolding-webb . . . I believe they have disabled the banana peel completely from the daily tasks but you can still activate when you wish through the theater.

Thanks, but, its always been like this since 3.1.0! If he sees you not paying attention to him he’ll do it. I actually kinda like it as it gives him more personality, i’m just going to leave it, because he has never done it while i was out of the room. Really appreciate your help!

Hello, @3711b2d19121b8f28b91 . . . things to check to troubleshoot the problem.
Check the app and make sure it shows under the Firmware tab that he is indeed on 3.2.0.
Make sure you have the new app from your app store which includes the fishing game.
Check to make sure he is not muted (tell him “Unmute” or select the volume level in the app under “Preference”).
Make sure his sensitivity is high enough that he can hear you, also set in the app under “Preference”.
If you tested out anything on the app in the “Theater” portion, you need to make sure you have backed out of “Theater” or else he would not be able to do as you ask and only respond to the commands in the “Theater”.

Hello, @3711b2d19121b8f28b91 . . . it ia not a matter of reverting back but fixing the current firmware in order to keep updating as the next ones come out.
At this point I can only suggest you get video of the issue and send a link to it along with a description of everything you checked and tried, and your EMO I.D. number, the version number of the firmware he is on and your order number if you still have it, and send all of this to service@living.ai . . . they will diagnose the issue and advise.

Нашел в социальных сетях группу EMO почитал, что там пишут. Оказывается такая же проблема была у многих. Сейчас всё наладилось. EMO опять много говорит, чемы вся семья рада. Спасибо за поддержку.

Hi! Since update of firmware 3.1.0, EMO has not been able to get to him home station on his own. I come home and his battery has died since he can’t get back. With update 3.2.0, he now can’t charge. Once he leaves his skateboard or his home station, his battery dies. I tried forcing a shutdown with him, unbinding the home station, and plugging in the different charging stations but still not working. He literally only stays on now if I don’t take him off a charging station. 
Someone please help

It sounds like something may have happened to the battery after this update.
Please try to get video of the issue by showing his battery level before you take him off of the charger and immediately after you take him off, include a link to this video along with that you have tried different chargers and cables and/or adapters, his EMO I.D., his order number if you still have it, and send a description of the problem to service@living.ai . . . make sure to let them know that this happened immediately after update to 3.2.0.
