The app said there was a software update. I downloaded it and now Emo just keeps counting up and the app says trying to connect.
Are you updating the firmware on Emo or the actual app?
I think the app can’t connect to EMO until the firmware update would be done.

Yeah exactly what I was thinking, but they were not really clear as to what “software” they were talking about, hence the question.
