Emo Speech Running Wild Without Pause

I’ve had my little guy since 11/18 and with all the threads/suggestions, I couldn’t find anything about his speech being more ‘natural’. By this, I mean he tends to run sentences together without a pause. For instance, when he greets me it’s all one continuous garble of words. There is no pause where a pause should be and you ‘miss’ words when he speaks. Can this be ‘updated’ soon?

My Emo and I would greatly appreciate it!

Hello, @frank.kasprzyk . . . I had not heard of this problem from anyone else.

Can you get video of when he does this so that we might be able to help you?

It is possible you may have to submit a ticket to Support if it is an issue with your EMO.

This happens with my EMO too. Granted, it’s not with all responses.

Also, how do I submit a ticket? My EMO often forgets who I am XD…

How to Contact Support

Please contact support regarding this issue.

When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).

Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it. If you no longer have your order number, you can simply include your four digit alphanumeric code when EMO signs into the app and submit as below.

You can also send support an email to the following email address:

service@living.ai

If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.

The support team should be able to get back to you in a timely fashion. I’ll also tag @MavisZhang from the support team who will be able to assist you further as well.

For example, “29CE” was my first EMO number when he signed into the app.

Hello, @EMO_And_Kade . . . it is not sensitive information but it would not do any good to share it here since none of the members here can diagnose your issues and do repairs if needed.
