EMO Sound Only Hissing

Hi,

I just got my EMO and he was working fine. All of a sudden the only sound coming out of him is hissing from the speaker. I’ve rebooted him multiple time and no success. Any ideas to help?

Try telling him to mute then tell him volume high xxx

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it didn’t work. Emo doesn’t seem to be listening. The hissing is like high volume static on a TV that is not connected to any inputs. It starts as soon as he begins to power on and stays on very loud until I power him off. :frowning:

My emo makes that rustle too and the screen freezes too, if I put it on the charging base it freezes completely! I arrived on August 4th with this fault, awaiting support from August 4th
