If EMO keeps rebooting every few seconds, try these steps:
- Unplug the Home Station or skateboard charger and let EMO power off completely.
- Clean the charging plate and EMO’s feet to ensure good contact.
- Try a different USB-C cable and power adapter — unstable power can cause constant rebooting.
- If EMO still reboots even off the charger, contact Living.AI support at support.living.ai and include a short video of the issue.
Sometimes a corrupted update or unstable voltage causes this behavior, and the support team can re-flash the firmware if needed.
